Made to Order and custom made jewelry ship in 3 to 4 weeks. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number so that you can check on its progress online.  It can take up to 48 hours for the courier service to generate tracking information on their website.

Within Canada, parcels will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination. You can track your order through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Gold in its pure 24k (karat) form is too soft to be used in jewelry for every day wear, so it is often alloyed with other metals to enhance its durability and / or to change its color – from yellow to rose to white. The number or karats is used to denote the metal’s gold content. 18k means the metal contains 75% pure gold (18/24) while 19k contains 79.1% pure gold (19/24).

In order to create a bright white gold alloy requiring no additional plating to enhance its color, our white gold does contain small amounts of nickel. A small percentage of the population do have nickel allergies. Take this into consideration when ordering.

Our white diamonds are graded with a clarity of SI, with a color of F-G. Take a look at each product’s details page for specific information on the carat weight.

Stones are quite small. The amount of metal holding them even more so. It is difficult, but possible to shift. No one’s to blame if you bend a prong and lose a stone so it’s always a good idea to insure your jewelry. If you have the jewelry added to your householder’s insurance policy, the cost is minimal.
